Purchasing products from this website

When you place an order with us, you are making a commitment to buy products. You are able to order and pay for products on this website or alternatively you can order products on this website and subsequently pay for these products by cheque. VAT is not applicable.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and payment. We will send a second email to you when your goods have been dispatched.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the products that you have ordered for whatever reason, we will refund your payment and advise you in the second email the reason why we are unable to supply and confirm that your payment has been returned to you. If there are alternative products, we will offer these to you but you have the right to refuse the alternative products and your payment will be refunded.

Where a product is no longer available the offer of this product for purchase from this website will be removed. Where a product is temporarily unavailable we will advise you of the expected date that we are able to supply your order. You have the right for your payment to be refunded or you may choose to wait for the supply of your order. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential financial loss in respect of any order that we are unable to meet.

How to place an Order

Detailed information about the products available on this website can be seen on the Keyboard Materials page. If you wish to order a product or products, please visit the Store and click on the image or title for Authentic Early keyboard Materials to enter.

You will find an image and description of the products available together with the price for the minimum quantity. Click on the image of the product that you wish to purchase and this will open a new window where you can determine the quantity that you require and drop into your shopping basket.

You will be given the option to go to the checkout or continue shopping. When you have completed your shopping, click go to checkout.

You will have an option to update your respective location for the re-calculation of postage cost where delivery is outside the United Kingdom. When you have completed this update, or if it is not required to update, click on checkout again.

You will be asked to give your shipping details and then click continue.

You will be asked to give your payment details. The options for payment are to pay by PayPal if you have a PayPal account, or pay using debit or credit card using the PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account to make a card payment. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque rather than make an online payment. You will receive a confirmation email of your order.

You have an option to open an order account with us and your basic details are held in your account but this does not include payment card details. All payment is undertaken within PayPal and is fully protected by their security measures. You are able to access your account by email address and password.

Delivery and postage cost

Dispatch will be undertaken within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment in most circumstances. Delivery is undertaken by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. These services aim to deliver in the UK within one business day, Europe within 4 business days and countries outside Europe within 6 business days depending on the delivery services used.

All orders are tracked except for low value orders under £30 and orders that are sent to some countries outside Europe where the cost of postage to include tracking is disproportionate to the value of the products. We provide the tracking number for the supply of all orders that are tracked.

We reserve the right not to deliver to some countries outside Europe and your order would not be accepted and your payment would be returned although we will supply to most countries. If you wish to confirm that we will supply products to your country, please email: graham

Postage cost is estimated on total value. Every effort has been made to ensure that the cost of postage that you pay is as close as possible to actual postage.

Returns policy

Returns of cloth that have been cut to order are not accepted unless they are faulty. It is unlikely that cloth will have faults as all cloth is checked for quality and faults before dispatch. If you have any doubt on whether the goods will meet your requirements, please ask for a sample before ordering.
